played jj todae....we played damn damn shittily...or rather i played lyk shit esp for the second quart...i dun understand y i just had to haf tis period of time wen all my shots just cant get in..i hated it....it's lyk so helpless....den haf to pick myself up aft dat...i hate it..i hate it wen he has dat disappointed look on his face wen i start missing my shots...i totally dread it...i tink i let too many thoughts run in my mind..but we shuldn't dwell on todae's game....wad's over is over liao...we haf to take it all as experience....but i muz sae all the small lil mistakes we made todae are all unforgiveable....so many which he corrected us frm the start of the year....lyk breaking, replay, stepping on the line, not listening to umpire's call...it was just so damn wasted....i feel dat we really got a slap todae...and dat we shuld REALLY wake up! cannot take things lightly now...meanwhile i shall go reflect on how i should focus more wen my shots are going haywired....nwae we won jj 34-39..it was more of a consolation prize for us rather than a victory.

oh ya, muz applaud geri for keeping the fighting spirit esp for the last quart....thanks! =)

i'm feeling rather happy now. cos smt dat was left unsolved in my heart for a very very very long time was finally solved todae. it lasted for abt 2 years.....i'm glad we're still frens =)

just finished the torturous dae...wif a never-ending trg session todae....damn shagged now...dun wish to sae much lar....veri confused now by the frenly tonite....but shuldn't let the confusion overcome me....the team needs mi, my team mates depend on me to put it the shot...it's a morale booster everytime a shot goes in....i cannot allow for anything that'll deplete their confidence....that goes for u too, shanny....we NEED you.

Had 2.4 run just now...my last 2.4 le...yay~!!hahahha was slacking my way thru lar.....even had time to wave to sheena and amanda lor.....in the end, i ran faster den last year lor....tink my timing was 13.06 or smt....hehe......geri was damn freaking fast lar.....her timing was 9.45.....siao lor.....qie si all the guys liao! hohoho....there's trg later until 9!! =X

wah...todae had light trg in sch...w/o jiao lian lar...just by ourselves....it wasn't really light lor cos of the terrific 10 again...it lasted for so long lar.....ahahaha.....den aft trg, mi and yuhui chionged to queensway to get our sports bra...=.= hahaha....she got hers lar, but i wanted another colour and it din haf my size....all they had was XL...obviously i cant fill up so much space rite? so din buy lor.....hohoohohoho! took cab home frm anchor point....cost mi 10 bucks lor....kaos....nwae, i haf 2.4km run tml....suxs eh....hope to get it over asap....grrr....and trg's gonna start at 330 and end at 9!! woooHooo! i'm gonna enjoy it man! =X

WAH I AM SO DAMN FULL LAR!~ just went for my aunt's bdae dinner....at some si chuan restaurant at hotel parkroyal....the food there is lyk damn gd lar...somemore we paid for the a-la-carte dinner....it's damn worth it lar...the dinner costs $30.80++/pax but we ordered ALOT....there's lyk 22 pple there can...hahahah my table ordered 4 plates of fried fish lor...those really huge kind of fish....but it was so damn gd! and i've concluded dat we ordered lyk 20+ plates of food per table lor...there's sweet & sour pork, sharks' fin, alot of prawns, doufu, alot of noodles and fried rice,even more veggies & a whole lot of dessert....plus there's oso the bdae cake! die lar.....haf to exercise more liao...feeling damn bloated now....=X but i feel veri xin fu...really hen hua suan....=)

trg just now in sch...did terrific 10 again...but it was rather okie lar...better den the one we did on wed lor...den we played frenly against sneakers...most of their best players came down todae..ms sng they all lar....all the qiang ones..but i was quite happy wif our team's play todae...cos i tink we really worked veri hard and the effort level was high oso....somemore we tied the first quarter wif sneakers! can u believe it! great play by everyone i muz sae....even though i was dying lar halfway..those whu were there todae will noe wad i'm toking abt lor....attack haf to run lyk mad ah, still haf to chiong down to defend....grrrr....but aft dat, i wasn't really veri much affected by fatigue liao...but overall, well done to the team! we muz continue working harder kae....我们是最强的!

went town wif yuhui to get amanda's present just now....quite nise lar...hahaha...i chose part of it....hahaha...den saw ryan in taka..so qiao....and our dear fren yuhui took some time to realise dat it's him....haiyo....hahah nwae, to all those pple whu are fretting over wad to buy for my bdae, i've smt for u: i want a cap! either adidas or nike lar...preferred adidas! hahahahahahahaha.....damn bhb..hohoho!

i realised dat i was freaking pissed off wif the hc guy beside mi while cheering for polo just now...wen we were losing, he kept saying haiyo cant win liao, shuld just go home..and i was lyk wtf lar, just go to hell lar...den he kept saying zam the ball in, he tink if it's so easy den he can just go play a one-man show lar! i was so irritated wif him can...such a bloody nerd and still dare tok so much! i hope he gets choked on books!

okie hwa chong lost the polo finals to ac..went to watch the match todae..it was damn exciting and i really wanted the guys to win man...but guess ac performed better lar..so sad for the polo team lor..i guess tis is wad jiao lian meant by getting slapped on the face man, it's really a hard one tis time..grrrr, i vow to win tis year's finals man...no one's gonna stop us! we're gg to do it not onli for ourselves but oso for the polo team....

sch was damn boring todae...had severe muscle ache frm yesterdae trg....just realised during the game yesterdae rite, wen i sat out for the start cos i said i wasn't confident of my shots, it suddenly dawned on mi dat wad if the starting combi for yesterdae game is really the combi for the finals tis year? i'll really be letting myself down if i dun get to play for hwa chong's finals tis year lor...i mustn't let my goal slip past mi again tis time....it's gonna be mine..i'll work hard.

todae trg was hmmm, madness? we did fun 5, or according to mich, terrific 10 for lyk 2 hrs? nearly died....okies, maybe not 2 hrs but ard 1 and a half lar...really damn shagged...i tink he wants to build up on our mental strength...it worked though...played court aft dat, damn tired..and a msg to all the shooters, esp shanny: we muz jia you kae! prove him wrong! show him dat we CAN shoot and the team din degrade until we haf to ask a defender to come shoot! right now, just dun tink of him wen u shoot..less pressurised...work hard!!

in library using the com now...veri hungry ah! just had napfa 5 items test and the freaking maths lecturer is pissing mi off! he refuses to show us his workings but just gave us the answers instead....independent learning my foot! nwae, tis is my last napfa liao!! yay!! no more running le.....but i still haf 2.4km run next week.......sian diaos......

caught by pang todae during break while playing cards in the SL....damn suay...had to write a 1000 word essay for him....come to tink abt it, i tink i'd rather stay in detention class rather den play the game todae lor....at least i'd feel better..

played onli one quart...wth is tis, one quart?! and he din sae anything aft the first quart but took mi and shanny out immediately....and guess wad? we both sat out for the remaining of the game....i dun see wad's really wrong except my second pass....but i tried to refrain frm doing it even though a few times i still did it lar....but he din realise it....oh fark lar....and apparently, he din give any chances aft dat lor....and he really haf to sae the second game was played lyk shit, esp the shooters of the first quart whu played lyk crap....and aft dat, he scolded mi directly abt second passes and stuff....get a life lar, it's not dat i din want to listen lor...i did try to control liao lar! den he still said abt pple making excuses and wanting other pple to pity them, it's not lor! i dun want make any excuses if he had tried to correct mi in the first place!

i dun wanna believe him liao....all those things he told mi last sat abt how i shuld do more runs etc cos he'll want to depend on mi are all CRAP...utterly bullshit lor....it just gave him more chances to scold mi.... i miss the old trg daes in amk, true, it was tough but at least it was fun....or rather, at least i feel happy playing for ms ng...and there was an aim..though we lost, but i nvr regretted trg under her....even for the 19s team last year....trg was worst...having long runs of 5km or warm up of 2km....but i really enjoyed myself wen i played wif them....even though ms lee scolds mi, but at least she dun make it so nasty lyk him..at least i still can accept it! he's so bloody unreasonable!

if winning the championship means trg lidat under jiao lian, den i'd rather not win....it gives no meaning to mi...a coach can make or break a player and if he continues lyk tis, he'll break mi sooner or later...he's really destroying my passion for the game.....grrrr...

hmmm got back most of the block test papers todae....quite happy lar....cos both maths improved lor....c maths got a B and f maths got C...my marks are rather close together for both papers lar...idiot lor.....but still can improve esp c maths....it's damn stupid lor, i went to bia econs the dae b4 cos both maths and econs are on the same dae....and i got an O for econs....wth lar...oh ya, got back gp essay oso....i was shocked lor, tot dat i flopped my essay cos the qns are all damn freaking hard....somemore i din haf any facts wen i went for the paper lor....got 29/50...damn heng lor....

nwae, there's gonna be 4 schs coming down to hc tml....we're playing a south african sch team..since 4 african sch teams are coming down, jj and rgs are oso coming down...to play against them...so many pple lor....i love audiences! aft talking to jiao lian last sat, it kinda reassured mi...so now i just haf to concentrate on my shots...AND NO SECOND PASS!

wah can die ah, just did 2 sets of court run...felt lyk i din run in ages lor....did 2 sets of 15mins...was dying for the second set...esp the last few minutes one lor...wanted to do 12 mins for the last set but aiya, just run till the end..and i concluded running is a really mental sport...i've got to tell myself constantly dat the run is ending "soon"....but quite proud of myself eh, still finished the 2 sets in the end...hehe...
